Samantha Levenshus

Samantha Levenshus is a Los Angeles based actress. Most Recently she appeared in the Blue Orchid Cabaret in Wellington, New Zealand. She was also seen in the nationwide 365 Days/365 Plays Festival written by Pulitzer Prize winner Susan Lori Parks. Other notable roles include Zillah Katz in Tony Kushner's A Bright Room Called Day, Irina in Chekhov's The Three Sisters, and Robin Goodfellow in A Midsummer Night's Dream. She has also worked in film and done voiceover work for animation. Samantha is a proud member of The Convergent Theatre Company and worked as the Assistant Producer on the Off-Off-Broadway production of Never The Sinner at Center Stages, NY in summer of 2007. Along with acting, and producing, Samantha also enjoys working with children and teens as a teacher and director. Most recent directing credits include a high school production of Stephen Schwartz’s Children of Eden at the Sheldon Vexler Theatre and a children’s production of High School Musical at the Barshop JCC. Samantha currently lives in California where she attends The California Institute of the Arts and will earn her BFA in Acting in 2009.
