Alida is Production Manager for the 2008 Canadian Badlands Passion Play, held each year in a natural amphitheater in Drumheller, Alberta. This annual production, currently in its 15th year, incorporates over 100 cast members, live onstage music, dance, a full choir, and live animals into a production that utilizes the natural resources of the outdoor setting to create a theatrical experience attended by over 10,000 audience members each summer.

Alida's responsibilities include overseeing all contracts, salary negotiations, and personnel issues; working with the directors and production team to maintain a budget; overseeing all timelines and progress of each individual department; and creating opportunities for community building and growth.
